Welcome

Purvanchal Sewa Sansthan is a non-governmental organisation based in Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh. It was formed by Dr Sudama Prasad Pandey to make basic health facilities and rural sanitation accessible to poor and deprived communities.

Our Activities

A snapshot of our major activities in the field

Women and Youth Empowerment

Women and youth are backbone of the society. We strive for their empowerment for a strong society.

Health Interventions

One of the earliest activities, provision of basic health facilities to the people laid the organisation’s foundation.

Livelihood Activities​

Poor community members, particularly girls, are being provided training in many livelihood activities.

Child Education

Joyful education is being provided to 6–14 year old children who do not have access to it.

Heroes for Humanity

Around 100 heroes have been identified to work on different issues in about 300 villages.

COVID Relief

During pandemic, over 1,400 neediest rural households were provided relief so they did not face hunger.
